samll車禍, 我沒保險 get concelled by the later payment, 該怎麽辦呢？

我撞對方bumper,
對方的車子隻是在bumper上有two samll punch by the license plate screw. 保險公司 dely because I forget pay the premium on time , dealer估價$500, 對方 will report to the policer,DMV and samll claim if I do not resort the case in two weeks.
I have three chioces

1, I can pay the bill, but feel 估價 too high.
2, Can I ask對方get another 修車鋪 估價?
3, What will happen if I do not do anything?
