車禍緊急求助

從體育館出來晚上１０點１０分左右，我駕車直行（綠燈）， 在路口與另一輛車相撞
，她是從另一條街（在我的右邊）橫過我所在的路口左轉。當時雙方都沒有injured,
我車後麵的司機也剛從體育館出來， 他主動做證人， 對警察說我們是綠燈， 對方也
有證人， 也說是綠燈。所以警察對雙方都沒有發TICKET， 在事故報告裏 說＂
Vehicle1 was (my car)was traveling southbound on Jxxx Ave approaching the
intersection at Cxxx street. Vehicle 2 was travling eastbound on Cxxx street
and was making a left turn onto northbound Jxxx Ave. Vehicle 1 crashed into
Vehicle 2 in the intersection. The driver's of both vehicles and their
independent witness stated that they had the green light.Due to conflicting
statements No summons was issues as result of the crash".

對方司機還不滿１８歲， 她母親來後， 說我的證人和我都帶護漆， 說我們認識， 實
際上我隻知道他的first name, 我們一起打排球，並不熟悉，他是一黑人， 相反我看
對方和她的證人一直在說話， 好像認識。她母親還要帶她去看醫生.

現在雙方保險公司都在調查，有三種結果：
１。對方的錯，對方保險理賠。
２。無法判斷， 雙方保險各自理賠自己的客戶。in this case, I have to pay $500
deductible.
３。我的錯， 我的保險理賠。I still have to pay $500 deductible.

現在我的保險代理說由於我的證人和我一起打球， 所以他們might not use my
witness. 這樣一來就會判我的錯。

急求建議how to fight back? do I need to hire a lawyer and go to court?
就算最後判定不是我的錯， 也不知道會不會增加保費(premium)？
