where do they keep your Lp's driving record

I'm not sure where they keep your lp's driving record, since she does not have any driving ID in your local state. I guess you'll need to get the damage fixed, or get an estimate and pay to the owner. As for the court, just tell the whole truth and pay a fine (I don't think you'll get a break for driving without a licens). If you'll stay here for a while, then go apply a learning permit, if you plan to move to anther state, then don't do it for now. I don't believe your insurance will cover for her accident since it's already happened. just remember, sometimes, lesson does need to pay for.so don't pity on yourselves. my 2 cents.
