有關車禍保險公司賠償問題請教老貓和各位高人。

我的車禍事故發生近兩年前，我是行人，100%對方司機過錯，現在醫療費已過2萬5，對方保險上限是2萬5，而我的汽車保險是Geigo, 含有付費$25.80的Uninsured Motorits Bodily Injury 保險。現在我的律師向Geigo申請肇事司機的保險不能cover的部分，但Geigo表示我沒有買這方麵的保險。
Uninsured Motorists Bodily Injury 保險到底是什麽？ Geigo說的是否是真的？
