at this point. The lawyer will not charge you anything as well. He/She may need to talk to you at some point to gather some facts of the incident. Unless the final judgment (if at all) exceeds your insurance coverage, you have no loss.

So, just relax. You paid for your insurance and your money is at work. Relax.
