The police report usually comes out within a week. You can go to the police department website of the county where the accident occured, and most county has police report on the web searcheable by name. It might take it longer for insurance company to find it.
Or you can just give the police department a call. You speak English, yes?
It could also be the state trooper, instead of the county police. They might have two different system. Depend on who actually responded.
