他自己要應付賠償

1. 對方撞了你，你可以告對方賠償。

2.  如果對方有保險，而且保額足夠你的賠償，對方保險公司付你。

3.  如果對方沒有保險，或者保險額不夠你的賠償，對方有可能要自己掏錢賠償。
