對錯 is not judged by you. When one just had an accident,

he/she may not be able to think straightly or even be scared. Like the suggestion below, at best say: "sorry that you got hit". Even u r 100% sure it is ur fault, it can still be possible that actually the other part made a mistake first and causing the accident. Admitting the fault first is simply "Stupid" (sorry to use this word.)
