老貓求救：車禍治療

老貓，朋友（留學生）過馬路不幸車被撞，車及朋友均有保險，目前仍在醫院治療。頭顱手術後，醫生強烈建議其回中國治療盆骨手術，理由是美國沒有其大小的現成模具，專門為其定做約幾萬。但朋友目前狀態不好，長途飛行更危險。且回國並無保險和接受醫院。請問 1. 醫院可以因為費用將病人推回國？ 保險公司會因國籍不同對待？2. 如何才能找到幫助,需要律師？謝謝。
