do you know the cancer stage, histology and grade?

is there any metastasis? you did mention there was a lump in lymph nodes. all of this information can help you determine how aggressive the breast cancer is.

as people suggested above, use radiotherapy to shrink tumor, which could then be followed by systemic therapy, including Herceptin. another systemic treatment option could be tykerb (lapatinib)+xeloda (both are oral chemotherapy agents). Please note the use of tykerb may cause damage to liver function, so the liver function should be closely monitored during the treatment.
