有關破產問題求助

有個房客申請租我的房子。他今年5月29 filed chapter 7 bankruptcy. 今天是 meeting of creditors. 9月 8號是 deadline to object to debtor's discharge. 請問discharge的是否隻是他 file 之前欠的債？ 假如以後他租我的房子欠租金，應該不算在 discharge 裏吧。想知道他是否能利用破產合法賴我的租金？
