我媽媽（86歲）因嚴重貧血做胃鏡發現胃癌，9厘米，

可能2，或3期，ct沒發現其他轉移，還沒做pet掃描周圍淋巴結，醫生和我們說要先化療，然後才考慮手術，我媽媽不想化療，難道不能盡快手術，或者術後再化療嗎？敬請有這方麵經驗的專家給點參考意見，我媽除了貧血一般情況還好，沒有什麽其他大病。知道小細胞性肺癌對化療免疫治療有好的效果，沒聽說胃癌效果怎樣，特別是老年人，怕幾個月的化療後效果不好失去手術機會
