我有一個大膽猜測：你可能是對sodium tripolyphosphate 過敏

美國普通超市賣的蝦大都添加了保水劑sodium tripolyphosphate，一些人對這個東西過敏，會起疹子等。

你可以試驗一下買沒有添加這個東西的蝦試試。Costco 的那種去皮的蝦是沒有的，Wholefoods的也一定能找到沒有的。
