上火還是過敏？我吃了這個東西一個小時後牙床腫痛

我以前吃其他的南瓜子都沒有問題，但這個一吃就出問題。試驗了幾次都是，相信不是心理作用。我注意到，這種南瓜子是 sprouted，不知問題是否與此有關。

Costco 買的。
