Both: Eggs, Chicken, Tofu, Collagen. And good

fats such as peanuts, sunflower seeds (these are the ones that I like).  Also some EVOO if you would like to add them to your meals.

Alkliane veggies are good as long as your urine pH is okay -- Kale, Spinach, seaweed, etc.
