對於一個白菜房，拿不定主意，老大們給點建議哈.

估價146K的房子，現在能108K拿下來. 但是需要修很多，初步估計15K-20K。 但是現在拿不定主意是再賣還是出租. 

賣能在145K-150K之間。 出租能租 1.2K-1.3K.  離高壓電雖然不近,　大概１００－２００米左右,　但是能

看見。
