I guess that I might have some issue to get the permit.

The current county record is 3 bed. The expired permit indicated the previous owner was trying to convert the garage into 2 bed, 1 bath, but not finished. I think the 2nd Unit with one bed, 1 bath is actually part of the convertion, which should be easily get permit. The 3rd unit is the product of that conversion too, just he changed the bedroom into another unit. That bedroom has a window opening toward inside, not toward outside. I know it's required for a bedroom to have a window, but not sure if the window is opening inside is ok. Do you have any idea on this? The zoning is SF 7200.
