怎樣祘白菜房 Depreciation?

俺去年買了個臼菜房 (SFH), 共花了九萬大洋, 當時俺抱著這顆白菜可高興了. 今年開始報稅, 一看 depereciation就犯難了:  depreciation 的base = 房價 - 地皮價  .在 county tax record上, 俺這白菜房的地 value 是 10 萬. 請壇子裏牛人:俺這顆白菜該怎樣作 depreciation.
