碰到無良裝修了，怎麽辦？急向各位大佬請教，謝謝。

買了一個2室condo,先付了3000（說好總數4200左右），現完成不到一半，要求再付800，今天又提出要再加1100（原來就已包括的），已停工要求我們先付錢再幹。怎麽辦？急求建議，謝了。
