早餐是每天上班上課前的活力來源,但「吃什麽」相當重要,許多人為了方便會選擇麵包再配上咖啡提神,實際上不僅無法補充體力,恐怕還會壞了腸胃。
日媒Cookpad報導,現代人經常出現吃不下、不容易餓或胃脹等症狀,或是吃了也沒精神、沒吃東西卻變胖,其實是因為腸胃不好,但許多人卻以為隻是體質問題或年紀到了,因此輕忽或不處理,其實卻大錯特錯,因為大多數腸胃問題都是生活和飲食習慣造成,隻要用心都可改善。
要消除腸胃不適,早餐是最重要的關鍵。因腸胃不適前往針灸診所就醫的患者中,許多人的早餐都是麵包配咖啡,但麵包和咖啡對於補充上午的體力、喚醒大腦和身體來說沒有幫助,對腸胃也沒有益處,因此腸胃不好的人上午總是很痛苦。
麵包雖能帶來飽足感,實際上營養卻很少,幾乎全是油脂和砂糖,麵包上塗的也都是奶油和果醬,不論是甜是鹹,都會對腸胃造成負擔。且咖啡因雖可提振精神,咖啡卻會破壞胃黏膜,完全沒有營養。
因此如果早餐隻吃麵包和咖啡,上午容易一直恍神,且腸胃沒有時間恢複。從中醫角度看來,特定的髒器修複和恢複活力的時段是固定的,而早上7點到9點是吃早餐的最佳時段,這時若吃點養胃的食物,效果也會加倍。
報導建議用衝繩的傳統料理鰹魚味噌湯來代替咖啡,因為味噌對腸胃有益,鰹魚也可作為體力來源,還可加入芝麻、昆布或海帶芽等自己喜歡的食材,逐漸調整腸胃。
