俄羅斯總統普京（Vladimir Putin）今天突然親自到訪克裏米亞（Crimea），紀念該半島被併入俄國9週年。
法新社報導，這是自去年2月24日出兵入侵烏克蘭以來，普京首度訪問克裏米亞半島。去年12月，他曾駕車穿越連接克裏米亞與俄羅斯本土的橋樑。
俄羅斯國營電視台播出的畫麵顯示，普京在莫斯科任命的當地行政首長拉茲沃茲哈耶夫（Mikhail Razvozhayev）陪同下，參觀了黑海港口城市塞凡堡（Sevastopol）。
拉茲沃茲哈耶夫在Telegram上發文稱，普京將透過視訊出席一所兒童藝術學校的開學典禮。
他說，“普京總統來了，他親自來訪，還自行駕車。在這樣充滿曆史意義的日子裡，總統總是與塞凡堡和這裡的人民同在。”
經過基輔和國際社會不承認的公投後，俄羅斯於2014年從烏克蘭手中正式併吞克裏米亞。
