今天剛剛加入文學城博客，沒時間寫“嚴肅”文章。先說說Montreal的熏肉。在Montreal出差已有幾個星期，Schuartz's的熏肉如雷灌耳，前天終於有幸一試。小店位於老街St.Laurent上，全名Schwartz'sHebrewDelicatessen,1928年開店，招牌熏牛肉從此享譽四方。Schuartz's從來沒搬過家，一星期七天，早8點開門，半夜關門，細長的店堂隻坐得下二三十人，門口永遠排隊，風雨無阻。Schwartz's熏肉熏前[閱讀全文]
