hot oil small caps: mxc pdo ssn ffp grs ent...
when oil price breakout 130, small oil caps are flying even in big down days.
 the most crazy stocks usually in amex listed company which can easily 200, 300, 500% gain.
the best time for trading is near memory day weeks
