新疆七五恐怖事件反映了中國情報警力應急三大不足

新疆七五恐怖暴力殺人動亂大事件舉世震驚，一個已經相當文明進步的中國居然還可能發生如此大規模暴力殺人恐怖事件，反映了中國政府執政的三大嚴重缺陷，一是情報能力極其差勁，二是警察力量嚴重不足，三是中國各級政府對付暴力殺人動亂事件應急心態缺乏，一句話，中國政府對大規模暴力動亂恐怖事件遠遠缺乏處理應急措施，也沒有預測未來動亂危機的機製，還沒有有效應對暴力危機恐怖事件的準備機構，大問題一個啊？

盡管中國政府已經對情報能力花費相當大的功夫和經費，但是中國的對內和對外情報運作能力十分低劣，新疆七五這麽大而惡性暴力殺人暴亂恐怖事件，居然發生在中國各級政府和情報警察機構的眼皮底下，中國的情報機構難道不需要加強嗎？

中國法製警察應急能力很緩慢低下，新疆七五惡性大規模暴力殺人恐怖事件居然可以發生，而且還有近二百人被殺，一個文明社會絕對不可以容忍的事實，中國各級政府的法製應對暴力恐怖事件能力實在成問題啊？中國武警民警的應付暴力殺人能力實在不夠吧？

最重要的事實是中國各級官員對預防阻止應對大規模暴力殺人動亂恐怖事件的心態很缺乏，本次新疆七五暴力殺人恐怖事件說明了一個大問題，就是中國各級官員對於複雜的中國內部矛盾衝突暴力殺人動亂恐怖危機四伏的心靈準備和危機意識很不足？

中國內部和四周充滿著暴亂恐怖危機，這一點大家都很明白，但是中國政府遲遲沒有動作，應對暴力恐怖事件能力嚴重不足，官員應對恐怖心態和意識缺乏，中國情報能力很差，法製警察應急反恐能力實在是不敢恭維，長此以往，怎麽得了啊？

It is unbelievable that it took the police 6 hours to arrive after the rioters started to kill. A lot of officials should be removed from their positions. They are unqualified.

I completely agree with you. I don't think the Chinese police force is well trained and equipped. And their mentality is flawed when it comes to deal with minority. Rioter should be treated as rioter and dealt with force. Slogans will not slow down murderers.
In a broader sense, the Chinese government need to rethink their current policy toward minorities. If they can be treated equally, not favorably or unfavorably, then we may have a "harmonious" society.
