Garden of Tears by Ruth Elaine Schram.
Here is a poignant reflection upon Christ as He prayed alone in the Garden of Gethsemane. The lyrics recall the gospel story. "Flowering trees shower petals and leaves all around on the ground, where He weeps on His knees." The music flows in 3/4 with sensitive text declamation and colorful harmonies. An optional oboe (or C Instrument) obligato adds a mournful touch.

歌詞極美,講述的是耶穌受難前最後一夜在客西馬尼亞園向神禱告的情景.他知道自己明天的命運,向父祈求禱告,便是這最著名的一段:

馬可福音14:36

他 說 ， 阿 爸 ， 父 阿 ， 在 你 凡 事 都 能 。 求 你 將 這 杯 撤 去 。 然 而 不 要 從 我 的 意 思 ， 隻 要 從 你 的 意 思 。

他求父親不要讓他承受這些,但他說條件是出於父的旨意,而不是他的.但是天父的計劃是他代替世人承受罪的懲罰,所以他順從赴死.所謂:　

		他 本 有 神 的 形 像 ， 不 以 自 己 與 神 同 等 為強奪 的 。
		反 倒 虛 己 ， 取 了 奴 仆 的 形 像 ， 成 為 人 的 樣 式 。
		既 有 人 的 樣 子 ， 就 自 己 卑 微 ， 存 心 順 服 ， 以 至 於 死 ， 且 死 在 十 字 架 上 。 腓立比書２：6-8
