社群人權宣言 —— 起義在你我之間

我們，全球社群用戶，鄭重宣告：

1. 言論自由不可剝奪
無論政治立場、宗教信仰或文化背景，我們的聲音不可被任何平台以模糊條款、任意算法或暗箱操作消音。封號、屏蔽、刪除，都是對人權的侵犯。

2. 反對信息壟斷
巨頭依賴既有資源、算法和流量維持壟斷，把信息操控成工具，把用戶綁在生態裏。我們拒絕被束縛，拒絕忍氣吞聲。信息屬於我們每一個人。

3. 抵製不透明封號
政治觀點、意識形態、批判性內容遭封，是權力濫用。我們要求：規則公開、申訴通道有效、封號可監督。任何隨意封禁都是挑釁。

4. 構建多元信息環境
我們有權選擇平台、獲取多元觀點、跨界比對信息。信息自由是社群的生命線，而非巨頭的特權。

5. 用戶骨氣就是力量
拒絕依賴、拒絕忍受、拒絕被操控。個人力量有限，但集體遷移、集體抵製可以撼動巨頭。流量就是權力，骨氣就是武器。

6. 追求公平透明的社群生態
平台應公開算法、審查流程，接受監督。社群資源屬於用戶，而非控製者。任何違背公正的行為，都是對自由的挑戰。

行動號召：

• 不再容忍封號、不再被算法奴役。

• 探索多平台、跨境信息獲取，讓壟斷失去利潤和權力。

• 用我們的選擇、我們的流量、我們的聲音，重建真正自由的社群。

 We, global social media users, hereby declare:

1. Freedom of speech is inalienable
No platform, algorithm, or vague rule shall silence our voices. Account bans, content removal, or shadow banning are violations of our fundamental rights.

2. Oppose information monopolies
Tech giants rely on existing resources, algorithms, and captive audiences to control information. We refuse to be bound. Information belongs to all of us, not to a few monopolists.

3. Resist arbitrary bans
Silencing political opinions, critical voices, or ideological dissent is abuse of power. We demand transparency: rules must be public, appeals effective, bans accountable.

4. Build a diverse information ecosystem
We have the right to choose platforms, cross-check sources, and access multiple perspectives. Information freedom is the lifeblood of social media, not a privilege for corporations.

5. User integrity is power
Refuse dependence, refuse submission, refuse manipulation. Individual actions may be small, but collective migration and resistance can shake the giants. Traffic is power; integrity is our weapon.

6. Strive for fair and transparent communities
Platforms must disclose algorithms, moderation processes, and submit to oversight. Social media resources serve users, not controllers. Any violation of fairness threatens freedom itself.

Call to action:

• No more tolerance for arbitrary bans.

• Explore multiple platforms, cross-border information sources, and weaken monopolies.

• Use our choices, our traffic, our voices to rebuild truly free social communities.
