WCO 是世界海關組織（World Customs Organization）的簡稱，是一個類似WTO 的國際組織。國際海關日 International Customs Day (ICD) 是每年的元月26日。
Seamless travel 無縫旅行簡單說就是移動人臉識別、電子護照和係統合成。因為有世界海關組織的協調，在這方麵有國際標準和技術指南。
可以預見在不久的將來，出國旅行出入國門時將不再刷臉（旅客在機場內行走時會被移動人臉識別係統自動辨認識別），也不必再出示護照。
在人臉識別、自助通關和無縫旅行方麵，目前市場上有兩大科技公司 - 一個是總部在葡萄牙的 Vison-Box 公司，另一個是總部在法國 IDEMIA 公司。
