QE加速財富不平衡

"QE can boost wealth by increasing the value of assets such as the investments Canadians have in their registered retirement savings plans or company pension plans," he said during a speech about the benefits of an inclusive economy."But of course, these assets aren't distributed evenly across society. As a result, QE can widen wealth inequality. We will look closely at the outcomes of QE here and elsewhere and will work to more fully understand its impact on both income and wealth inequality."

央行行長Tiff Macklem說,QE 創造了各種資產價格的上漲,如RRSP,但是,他強調這些資產的增值是不平衡的。結果是QE加劇了財富的不平衡。我們將關注QE對各方影響的結果,然後再全麵理解QE在收入及財富不均衡的影響。

在這樣的一個大的環境下,財富向何處去,如何確保自己跟上時代而不被拋棄。

答案是必須把現金變成資產才能實現戰勝通脹,那麽資產太多了,有股票,數字貨幣,古玩字畫,大宗商品....當然最穩妥的我覺得還是房地產。

雖然多倫多現在的房價有點貴,但是隻要找還是有低價的,還是有值得投資或自住的房產。
房價高的根本原因是供需不平衡,房源短缺造成的,史上極低利率是一個誘因,客觀上加劇了這種不平衡。現階段市場比前2個月平穩些,搶OFFER分地區了,有的區繼續火熱搶OFFER,有的小區搶的不夠激烈,很多賣家重新標價在市場上等待合適的買家。
