I cannot type in Chinese I need legal advice

Hi All,

My computer cannot type in Chinese.  I need help with legal advice regarding the house selling in Beijing,China. 

Right now, the Nanny brainwashed my father, who is 93 yrs old, to sell the house and get the money and give it to her.  OR donate it to her.

What options i have now to prevent selling the house?  Now my father insists to sell it and give money to the nanny. My father believes he has the solely ownership of the house after my mother passed away.  

What i can do now?  The nanny is very pushy and controls my father.
