(一)春天來了,後院的花都開了......
(二)自從疫情居家令WFH開始,LD開始著迷於製作各種麵食。 最近想起了小時候兒在自家樓下小攤兒一老大爺做的,咬一口兒直掉渣兒, 比大順齋和隆福寺小吃店的還要正宗。可惜老大爺有一天早晨沒來,從那以後再沒出現。LD說打那以後北京最正宗和好吃的芝麻醬糖火燒絕跡了……..
既然再也無處買小時候想念的味道,那就自己動手豐衣足食。
1. 首先用涼水和麵,在麵中加了適量的小蘇打和白糖,和好麵醒三十分鍾;
2. 把芝麻醬,紅糖還有芝麻香油按適當比例對好,喜歡甜一點多放點糖,否則反之,攪拌好放置一邊備用;
3. 麵醒好後,擀成一個長的薄片,把兌好的紅糖麻醬均勻地抹在麵上,卷成長條;
4. 切成均勻的劑子,用手團成圓形,麵和擀麵杖上抹點兒油,這樣更好把麵擀開成圓,
5. 在平底鍋上有少許油兩麵炕一下餅子,麵皮變微黃取出;
6. 烤箱開350℉,把兩麵微黃的餅子放入烤箱再考十五分鍾拿出就好了。
