A love makes my sense to make no sense

《馬可福音》12:30

你要盡心，盡性，盡意，盡力，愛主你的神。
Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.

 

Why were you born in a humble manger

In the coldest season of the year

While You have a throne in heaven

This is Love that makes my sense to make no sense

 

Why did you become a man of sorrows

Who was familiar with suffering

While You have the glory of God

This is Mercy that makes my sense to make no sense

 

Why should you be whipped by men

Even You were an innocent lamb

While You willingly took it for us

This is Grace that makes my sense to make no sense

 

Why should you die on the cross

Even no one could take your life

While You are the Lord of life

This is Power that makes my sense to make no sense

 

I use all my sense

But it still makes my sense to make no sense

So for the rest of my life

I’ll put my sense aside

And only

Live to love You

With all my heart

All my soul

All my mind

All my strength
