烤羊排
我這個烤得是半熟的,喜歡吃WELL DONE,您可多烤一會兒. (羊排上糊的: olive oil,salt, black pepper, fresh parsley leaves choped later, chopped garlic, unsalted butter melted, white bread crumbs, lemon zest mixed with food processor), 先把兩扇羊排450度烤15分, 再糊上上麵說的備好的糊糊,放進去接著再烤15~20分出烤箱, 開吃, 很嫩, 有股羊肉鮮美的奶香味兒,不膻.

賣相差點,因為也不是為了秀和拍照做的,通常都是做完了順手一拍,也沒管光線,家常菜嘛,他們都等不及我來拍照就下筷子了:))
