Daybreak in Spring - 春曉

Daybreak is such a feeling
that it is hardly felt in spring.
What wakes me up is bird's singing
everywhere in the early morning.
Would anybody tell me
how many flowers had been blown
down by yesterday night's wind and rain?

夜來風雨聲，
花落知多少?
