好爸爸，壞爸爸。。。老黑說一個英美文壇的故事。。。

有一個英美文壇大名鼎鼎的作家，名字叫做CSF，寫過很多小說和電影，賺了很多錢。關於他的正式介紹在這裏。。。

3月份，將有根據他的小說改編的新電影上映，由Tom Hanks 編導， 《Greyhound》。。。

然後，他於1966年去世了。。。再然後，他的大兒子寫了一本關於他的傳記。。。沒有出版社願意出。。。為什麽？因為這本傳記從頭到尾說他的壞話，讓出版社難堪，讓讀者心寒。。。讓老黑心碎。。。

兒子沒有辦法，隻好自費出版，隻出了250套；現在，二手紙質版已經很罕見了，亞馬遜上有一套二手書叫價$300。

兒子已經90多歲了，他不在乎錢，就為了讓更多人讀這本傳記，把電子版免費放在他自己的網站上，在這裏。。。

He spent much of his leisure time protecting himself from unseen enemies by breaking as many loving bonds between those people close to him as he could. He was the loneliest man I ever knew, who felt it most important to be “the top.” And whenever anyone close to him seemed to be garnering a little of the spot light, he would turn against them in very devious and, he thought, hidden ways, so their light would be tarnished. And yet in a few ways he was very generous—when there was no thought of gain, he would help someone. He seemed to me to be a very mixed-up man, who spent a lot of energy devising devious ways to show how great he was—and many of the people to whom this energy was directed against couldn’t care a hoot. They saw through him, and thought little of him. What you have gathered together in this book sheds some light on CSF as a storyteller.
