The stomach knows

no matter how deep 

they have sneaked in

they have to go

several times last night 

it sent me to the toilet bowl

 

oil spurts 

 

 

As if 

what I am doing now —

pouring out bitterness of life 

with my pen

the heart knows

it has to go
