免炸山核桃蝦

  1. 1 lb large shrimp (cut little more on the back), 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp vodka, 1 egg, 2 Tbsp corn starch: pan fry
  2. 1 head of broccoli, chopped, boil 3 minutes. Put in edge of a plat.
  3. 1/2 cup pecans, microwave 90 seconds. 1 1/2 Tbsp sugar, 1 Tbsp water, simmer. Then add pecans, stir until the water is gone.
  4. 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp white vinegar, 1 Tbsp concentrated milk, 1 tsp honey : mixed. Mix with cooked shrimp. Then add to the center of the plate.
