Trip to Manitoulin Islands (3)

Day 2

Dad went fishing in the very early morning. By the time everyone wake up, he had two fish in the plate. :-)
They are little mouth bass.
 
We start to row our boast, girls used paddle boat, we also used paddle boat first . then go back to use canoe which is faster. The lake was so quiet,  you can only heard waves. Girls start to swim...now I realized how shallow the water is, really, walk 100 meters, water is at your chest. Dad also joined swimming...

As a responsible 'chief', I focus on cooking the fish and occasionally watching through the ketch window to see all of them playing...what a view.  there were pink clouds above the sky. I start to think being a housewife is a good idea, well, only in a quiet island like this...someone could bring the fish..
someone could bring the money, I could just like this, cooking. watching kids play and reading books while listening to the waves singing...what an inspiration!  oh my inspiration, I need it. :-)
