She's used to wearing haute couture on the catwalk for some of the biggest fashion labels in the world.

But when it comes to every day dressing, Kendall Jenner says she likes to keep it modest – so much so, she gets likened to an elder matriarch.

'Some people say I dress like a mum,' the 19-year-old beauty revealed to Sunday Style Magazine alongside younger sister Kylie, 17.

The statuesque brunette also added that Australian model Miranda Kerr - known for her simple, laid-back chic look - was one of her biggest style influences.

But Kylie wasn't in agreement, preferring her older, half-sister Kim Kardashian's glamorous and sometimes OTT look.

'Kim's style is wow, definitely,' the baby Jenner said, who is reportedly dating rapper and father-of-one Tyga, 25.

Kylie, who recently confessed to temporary lip fillers, hinted that the power couple put serious thought into constructing their looks behind closed doors before showcasing them to the world.

'Kim and Kanye together – all their outfits are so cool and they put so much time and effort into being as cool as they are,' she said.

The daughters of Olympian Bruce Jenner, who recently revealed his plans to transition to a woman, were given an overwhelming reception during a fan meet and greet in Santa Monica on Saturday.

While promoting their new summer collection at PacSun, the sisters received a massive herd of fans, many of whom had been waiting since the wee hours of the morning.

Kendall rocked a playful romper featuring a funky and elaborate print that showed off her supermodel legs.

The face of Estee Lauder paired it with a white trench coat and stood tall in strappy gold heels.

Kylie rocked a head-to-toe black look, including a top featuring a white design, paired with an edgy leather jacket, jeans, and peep-toe lace-up heels.

Meanwhile, Kendall has just returned to the States after a glamorous trip to Brazil, to promote the clothing brand Le Lis Blanc.

Earlier on Saturday, the brunette beauty Instagrammed a video of herself navigating through a crowd of flashing cameras in Brazil, writing: 'Brazil I miss you already'

Kylie has recently slammed rumours that she is pregnant with her rumoured boyfriend Tyga's baby.

She tweeted on Wednesday: 'People been thinking I'm pregnant for 8 months now... CLEARLY I'm not pregnant!'
