【精神病 Mental Disorders 與遺傳的幾個要點】

 

精神病 是一個群，包括幾十個類型，比如

幻想症，譫妄症，強迫症，狂躁，抑鬱，精神分裂症 Schizophrenia 等。

這裏以 精神分裂症為例 簡說：

1，此病的世界範圍流行率 Prevalence 是 1%, 美國1.2%, 中國1%.

2，年齡：20~40 是發病高峰。

3，性別：男女無顯著差別。

4， 遺傳：多因素誘發或導致此症。截止目前，沒有發現明確的致病基因或遺傳模式。不存在每代或隔代遺傳特征。這是美國國立衛生署的結論：The inheritance pattern for schizophrenia is usually unknown. 5，治療和預後。

對症治療，主要包括心理疏導， 藥物，環境調節等。症狀可以緩解，間歇，斷續，很少痊愈，鮮有根治了的。
