整個聽證過程根據證人的多少，會花上幾天到幾個周的時間。我們第二個仲裁聽證官司總共用了三周時間。所有作證材料全部有速記員隨堂記錄，叫做TRANSCRIPTIONS，而且還有同步錄音。我自己的作證用了大約三個半小時，TRANSCRIPTIONS包括提問和我的回答大約八十二頁。這些記錄會發給證人本人和相關律師團隊審核，除非有本質上的錯誤，一般不可能更改的。
整個仲裁庭聽證結束後，雙方律師團還要根據本次聽證的結果形成一份綜合性陳述文件交給仲裁庭。因為我沒有參與這部分工作，所以不知道這份文件的具體內容。

As discussed, we need you to please attend the hearing on Tuesday XXX XXth so that you are there for the JXX GXX (對方專家) cross examination.
We know that they will argue hard against the capacitance change theory as the cause of the XXXX relay trip. RXXX PXXX will be back in town for that day but we need your assistance with the cross examination.
The hearing starts at 9:00 am on Tuesday.
XXX is up first and JXX GXX is after KXXX.
Since we don’t know how long they will be with him so you might as well come for the very beginning.
As I’ve told the other witnesses, we have followed a rule where witnesses have not attended the hearing at all for several reasons.
This is an exception as our experts may not be able to fully cover all of the technical details necessary for the capacitance change theory.
Having you there always results in an increased risk they can call you back up on the stand, but a risk we’re willing to take.
