What Does It Mean to Be Wholesome for Men

 

What I notice the frazzled energy within some men is all caused by inaccessibility to heart space and unable to honor it. When a man can’t reach their core and expose it with courage and trust, everything in the relational arena becomes a farce (as above so below as inside to outside), so the general output lacks sincerity. This can be easily spotted by very intuitive women (or partners).Then men wonder why the relationship could not go on and get frustrated with self and the partner.

Being a wholesome man predicates exercise muscles on emotional landscape and become super present with everything arises. It does not mean he is weak or too feminine entrenched. It simply means he is integrating the other end of spectrum of humanity and becoming whole. This new generated state of being bestows fearlessness and great flexibility one never experienced before in this world.

If he is lucky his mature and emotionally independent partner will be able to show the blindspots and gently shake up his core. The wounds are exposed with nurturing attitude so they can be healed and transformed. With his unflinching masculine will power, he then grounds more and more truth and knows who he really is. 

A wholesome being has innate acknowledgement of first relationship forever is relationship with self . When one lives like a whole, the world becomes whole.

Let emotional self expose. Show up with what is real.
