My Weight Gain And Sat's Ride

I exercised a lot over the past 2 weeks, mostly from riding
a bike for about 2 hours everyday. I didn't forget weight
training and have been doing sessions in the evenings when
not too tired. At work, I stand on my feet for 5 or 6 hours a day.

On the other hand, I seem to have developed a sort of sugar
rush. I crave for sweet things, sugar/coffee, chocolates,
icecream bars, etc., and can't stop eating things like
fruits and almonds once I get home.

Sat morning, my weight went up to 146.2 lbs. It had been
steady and around 143 lbs for a while but again during the
past two weeks (after the SFM) slowly gaining. Was I getting

muscles or fat? It's time to experiment and to go back and read.

It took me only 1hr 45min from home to my work place (23.6 miles) this
morning. So my speed was around 13.5 mph. My butt didn't hurt much and
I was not very tired. All these gave me hope and I started thinking
about a bike tour, say from San Francisco to Santa Cruz (88.5 miles)
and bus to home or to Halfmoon Bay and bike to home (74.3 miles).
Another is from home to Santa Cruz (63 miles) and bus back. Despite of
a 1631 ft elevation, Let me try the shortest one first ;-)
