I made gimbap!
I wanted to do this for a while and finally set out to make it
today. I picked up most ingredients from a Korean grocery
store but found out many were actually available from Ranch99.
My spinach was a little overcooked and soggy as I didn't press
enough. The beef was OK but next time I should cut thinner
pieces. Same with the pickled yellow radish. I don't remember
the last time I cooked white rice but was happy to find out it
only needed 15 min simmering.
It was a lot of work but certainly worth it. I made seven rolls
and they were sooo delicious. From next week on, one lunch
for our family is going to be gimbap!
I also succeeded marvelously in my first attempt at stir-fried
