Run on Thanksgiving Day
It's not that cold but felt freezing in the morning,
especially the hands.

With my new sub-9:00 pace, I didn't have the will to go all
the way to the trail end. I turned back at around mile 5.
At around mile 8, I started to feel the fatigue and had to
take smaller strides to maintain cadence. It might not
matter but that's just what I felt like doing. I could feel
my glutes working harder.
Toward the end, the left hip started to hurt. My knee was
OK. I still need to stretch the IT band. I was dog tired.
Overall, I ran 9.8 miles @ 8:37 pace. This was encouraging,
