It took me 50min so my "pace" would be around 8.4. It felt so high that I sang "Halellujah."
My goal is to lose the last 10lbs, after 40lbs over the past year,
and get that number down to 7.4, AhTang's Vancouver Marathon pace.

Your diet is a lot like mine. I also pay attention to eat whole foods instead of processed stuff.

BTW, I have developed a taste for a plant-based diet and become almost a vegetarian and loved it.
The last month, I've lost another 3 lbs thanks to running.
I feel sorry for you for your knee and hope that's only transient.
