Mylène Farmer
一位於1961年加拿大出生的法國歌手及歌曲創作者，出生於加拿大魁北克蒙特利爾（île de Montréal - Pierrefonds），1970年隨父母移居法國。於1986年出道，至今經發行10張專輯，36張單曲。她已經賣了超過兩千五百萬張唱片，是法國最受歡迎的女歌手之一。

這裏畢竟是法語區，所以法語是主流。Montreal還好，有不少雙語的。如果到魁北克的其他地區可就是完完全全的法語，而且他們會英文的很少。
我碰到隻講法語的人時就用我的蹩腳法語和他們講。。。嗬嗬。。。同事很多是雙語的，所以溝通沒有問題，不過在這裏生活還是要會些法語方便些。來旅遊的倒不用擔心，因為服務行業都是雙語的。
