my plan about financial management:
Part I: income;
Part II: expense
The income will be divided into 4 parts:
Part I: 30%, food, clothes, apartment rent, usage bills;
Part II: 30%, savings in the bank;
Part III: 20% investment in stock market or small business;
Part IV: 20%: donation and charity.
