being nice is no need to say.

being tough is not an easy job. It requires lots of courage, clear mind, intelligence, wisdom, vision.

Integrity is the key.

越來越明白為什麽人需要vision statement，要不然太容易偏離航向了。太容易了。沒有明確的方向指導，蹉跎歲月，實在是太自然的一件事。沒什麽好驚訝的。
