How judgment of "zero evidence" is reached?

Today is the 103rd anniversary of the Nov. 07, 1917, Bolshevik Revolution in Russia. Although the U.S.A. President Donald J. Trump many times has denounced the "Radical Left" or the "Socialists" or the "Communists", etc, today, Nov. 07, 2020, happens to be the Trump Campaign's apparent initiation day of a legal path to overhaul the American system, including the voting system with the prompt of this historic 2020 presidential election.
The adversaries of the Trump and the Republicans side keep peddling their baseless statements that there is zero evidence of voting fraud so there is zero merit of legal proceedings. From my experiences with my adversaries from the governments, insurances, employer, medical practices, and other related businesses, I dare to conjecture some ways of "zero evidence" to the game-over lovers about this 2020 election:
1. The ballots are there, supposedly belonging to the voting people, but now are under control of the adversaries who do not allow the doubters to have any access or any real meaningful access. The ballots should be the SOLID evidences, either way. Which side can NOT face up a REAL test?
2. Some witnesses supporting the Trump and Republicans' claims are there, but the mainstream media select to not acknowledge their testimonies. Instead, the propaganda media only keep blowing the fake stuff about the "democracy", "liberty" in vague, empty words and passionate tones.
3. Even when the legal teams of Trump and Republicans have found solid evidences from the ballots and some "voters", the judicial system is made of humans, not machines, which are subjective to all kinds of influences. Some judges may simply turn blind eyes and deaf eyes to solid evidences and then vibrate the decisions out in sound and in color. Some judges may act like religious priests who would shut up the complaintants' arguments or moves by simply treating them as pagans or even evils, because such judges would only baselessly consider the U.S.A. system is flawless, and any real exposure would be an act of evil, no matter the complaintant is a legitimately elected U.S.A. President confronting the INTEGRITY of an apparent questionable election, or a bottom-class slave immigrant being multiple-times murder-attempted.
When today becomes yesterday by tomorrow, people may, only may, judge better to the past in a distance. However, there are only really quite too few of human beings who may be called real historic heroes in the contemporary time frame.
