To Capture Kiev's Representative Buildings

Use a coordinated attack, with helicopters flying over building tops with some landing of troops on some building tops; tanks, armed vehicles, all available civilian vehicles of any kind, and motorized infantry, in immediate following the helicopters, along multiple routes such as residential area, industrial area, commercial area, to capture Kiev's central government buildings. Mass ground troops follow to capture the key points of the whole Kiev city.
